The Covey Apparel Company

    Brian and Jaime Groff founded what would become The Covey Apparel Company back in March of 2017, originally opening as Home and Ranch Outfitters — a blend of home furnishings, décor, and men's apparel. It didn't take long to realize they had something special on the men's side, and the brand quickly evolved to follow that calling.

   After several years on Commerce Street, the Groffs rebranded as The Covey Apparel Co. and moved into a nearly 4,000-square-foot space at 120 W. Main Street — giving them room to grow into the full vision they always had for the store.

   Now Tomball's go-to destination for men's outdoor lifestyle shopping, The Covey carries a carefully curated mix of apparel, footwear, accessories, gifts, and grilling goods — with a strong commitment to made-in-the-U.S.A. and Texas-made products. As Jaime puts it, "I don't want anything a big-box retailer sells."

   That philosophy shows in every inch of the store. This isn't a place you rush through — it's a place you discover. And if you ask Jaime how a good day looks, she'll tell you it's not just about the sales. "We met 10 new friends," she'll say — and she means it.
