Some studios offer yoga classes. Saha offers something deeper — a community of wild souls and free spirits who show up, move together, and grow.
Saha Yoga & Wellness House is a one-of-a-kind studio located in Old Town Tomball, housed in a converted 1940s bunkhouse at 104 Houston Street, complete with a backyard garden for community yoga events and a secondary room for one-on-one sessions and teacher training. The space itself tells the story — rooted, authentic, and unlike anything you'll find in a strip mall.
Originally opened in 2014 as Wild Spirit, the studio found new life in 2023 when Jessica Trione took over and rebranded as Saha Yoga & Wellness House. The name says it all — Saha means "together" or "enduring" in Sanskrit, and that spirit of unity runs through everything that happens here.
Classes span yoga, Pilates, Reiki, and wellness offerings designed to help every student discover their raw strength and power while cultivating love for self and others. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, this is a safe, supportive space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
Community is at the center of everything at Saha — and once you find it, you'll wonder how you ever went without it.
