We are Gretchen and Michael Fagan, owners of 403 EATS, Tomball’s Food Truck Park. We’ve owned our Farmers Insurance Agency in Tomball for over 20 years and are located on Main Street near 403 EATS. Gretchen proudly served as Mayor of Tomball for 15 years. In 2016, we purchased the property at 403 E. Main with no plans for development. Gretchen said, “How about food trucks?” and Mike replied, “Let’s put our money where your mouth is!” From that conversation, the vision for Tomball’s Food Truck Park quickly came to life.

Our goal was to create exactly what exists today: a welcoming, family-friendly gathering place that everyone can enjoy, including Fido. We have hosted proposals, bridal showers, weddings, first dates, blind dates, receptions, birthday celebrations, and even Wiener dog races! We also offer bingo, live music, karaoke, and plenty of fun throughout the year. In January 2024, we opened Events Behind the Fence, an event and live music venue that serves as the perfect gathering place for families, friends, and soon-to-be friends.
